Enabling our Mentors to enable other Business Leaders
The Growth Partner program enables Zeal N Zest to realize its dream of empowering 100000 entrepreneurs by 2030. This requires bringing together leaders with a similar vision of helping entrepreneurs grow themselves and their business. The program expects these leaders to transform into mentors who commit to a 5 year growth partner program, where they mentor a minimum of 10 entrepreneurs each per year, in addition to conducting the Curtain Raiser and Evolve programs.
The Growth Partner program has three levels based on
experience, aptitude and attitude of the mentors:

Ideal Growth Partners
Experience, Aptitude and Attitude are key to becoming mentors and Growth Partners with Zeal N Zest. We are looking for business leaders who have good experience in a cross functional or specific functional focus, and are recognized and respected in their business circles and peers.
An ideal partner will have an attitude to guide, develop and support the growth of other business leaders while remaining in the background. They are active and empathetic listeners, with good communication skills. They work closely with their mentees, personalizing their advice and approach to the mentees’ personality and developing solutions for their specific issues.
Primarily, the Growth Partner is a sociable and affable person who looks to build long-term relationships and grow together
